The Bizarre Czar

In Russia there once lived a czar who traveled the roads
of tar drinking booze from a jar.

He hit every bar, both near and far, looking for someone
to box or spar.

And so many times he wrecked his car that it had several
dents, a long scar, and a door that sat ajar.

But what else could be expected from this czar, who on par
got so drunk all he saw were stars and believed he lived on the
planet Mars?
