PROFILE OF SPEAKERS

Mr. Rajib Basu is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and

Post Graduate Diploma holder from the Indian Institute of
Management, Calcutta with specialisation in Finance and

Valuation. He is also a Chevening Gurukul Fellow from the
University of Oxford. With 24 years’ experience in KPMG and
PwC, his sector experience includes Power and Utilities, Metal

and Mining, Consumer and Retail Sector, Pharma, IT and ITeS.
His current assignment is with PwC as a Partner in Mumbai.

In his professional engagements, Mr. Basu works advises
Audit Committees, CEOs and Executive Management on
risk management, financial control systems and impact of

governance on enterprise value. He specializes in advising on
metrics, systems and processes that support the business

strategy and financial reporting of his clients.
Currently Rajib is also a research scholar in sustainable finance

with the Indian Institute of Managemnet Kozikode.

Mr. Sanjeev Sinha is President – IT & Digitalization at India
Power Corporation Ltd and leads all digital initiatives of the
company. He is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from
Georgia State University USA. He also completed MDP on project

management at IIM Calcutta.
During his 30 year experience, he has worked in several
industries in India and US. He has been winner of top 100

Eminent CIO of India 2019, 2020 & 2021. He writes for several
technical magazines in India and his articles have been well
accepted by the industries.
Mr Sinha is also a member of IT Committee of Bengal Chamber
of Commerce & Industry, Governing Council at two leading

Business Schools and Council member of CIO Klub (Kolkata
Chapter).
