infrastructure sectors and diverse industry segments

promoters / CEO’s of 3 of the largest business conglomerates in

India (US $ 1.5 bil)

Mr. Utpal Bhattacharyya is the President – Regulatory
Affairs, RP-SG Group. He is an electrical engineer and has over 40
years of experience in Power sector; headed divisions like

regulatory affairs and corporate services ,fuel management,
power import/export, load despatch / and system planning /
construction / load forecasting, legal affairs etc.

He is a Director on the Boards of a number of Power/Infra Group
Companies. Earlier, he also served as executive director of CESC
Limited for 12 years. He is also member of various committees at
national and state level , pertaining to power sector.
