PROFILE OF SPEAKERS

Mr. R.N.Singh is an electrical engineer from BIT, SINDRI, Ranchi
University (1980 batch). He started his professional career in

the year 1986 with NTPC Limited and subsequently joined
Power Grid Corporation of India in the year 1991.

Mr. Ram Naresh Singh has assumed the charge of Chairman,
DVC from January 15, 2021. Prior to joining DVC, Shri Singh was
the Executive Director (Engineering & FQA) at Power Grid
Corporation of India Limited. He brings with him more than
three decades of rich experience in multifarious areas across

the value chain of the Indian power sector.

His experience lies in the areas of testing & commissioning,
operations and maintenance, projects execution and
management of EHV transmission systems & HVDC, Human

resource, tariff based competitive bidding(TBCB), Engineering –
sub-station, transmission line, civil & FQA etc.

Mr. Adithya Bhat is the President of the India Chapter of
Institute of Internal Auditors India. With over 28+ years of

Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) experience, he is
the Chief Risk Officer at a leading conglomerate, which provides
advisory services to its family office. Immediately prior to this
role, he was a partner in risk consulting function of a Big 4 risk

consulting firm responsible for leading the Enterprise Risk
Management services partnering with leading multinational
companies in areas of GRC in India, North America and Middle-
East. In his role, he also led the digitalization initiative in GRC

space and was instrumental in developing innovative technology
based solutions like ERM tool, Compliance management tool,
etc.
