       NRR has included data-driven recruitment as a strategic goal each year.  We know how important accurate
       and timely data is to our hiring teams and ultimately impacts staffing decisions at the unit level.


       Partnering with HRDS, we pull many Nursing reports to have easy access to our data warehouse numbers,
       and to provide quick turnaround to the many, many data inquiries over the year.
