MONTHLY DATA DEMONSTRATES PEAK HIRING PERIODS
Typically, hiring tends to follow the academic calendar and NCLEX testing at the end of semesters. Because
of the increased supply of new grads around those times, it’s important for our hiring units to proactively
plan hiring to help ensure a strong pool of applicants.
Recruitment efforts throughout the year assure a consistent flow of candidates during non-peak times.
