     EMPLOYEE REFERRALS HELP BUILD OUR TEAM
     MICHIGAN MEDICINE EMPLOYEES CAN BE OUR BEST RECRUITERS!



     To create additional attention around the most difficult-to-fill positions, Nurse Recruitment and Retention
     manages an employee referral bonus program. A current employee who provides a successful referral
     can earn up to $3,000 as a bonus, depending on the position. The program is designed to reduce the
     time required to fill these in-demand positions, while also rewarding current employees for identifying
     outstanding talent that belong on our team.

     This year we exceeded the number of hires from prior year and the Nursing ERP was a successful strategy
     to add to our pipeline of candidates.

     Thank you to the University of Michigan Health community for continuing to support Nurse Recruitment in
     finding great nursing candidates!
