SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS
This policy does not provide cover for the following:
a. Property
Any liability resulting from loss or damage to property belonging to you or your domestic servants.
b. Contract of employment or for gain
Any liability arising out of and in the course of your employment, business or profession, including but not limited, to the sale of any
goods or the rendering of any services for a fee, reward or any other consideration.
c. Ownership/Occupation
Any liability resulting from loss or damage other than residential property as defined.
d. Motor liability
Any liability for any claim arising in respect of the driving or ownership or control of a vehicle, caravan, trailer.
e. Agreements
Any liability accepted by agreement which would not have attached in the absence of the agreement.
f. Letting of property
Any liability arising out of the letting and/or hiring out of any movable or immovable property or part thereof for a fee, reward or any
other consideration.
g. Care custody and or control
Any liability for the first R5 000 of any claim in relation to property hired, leased or borrowed by you.
h. Prevention of losses occurring
Any liability arising out of your reckless disregard of the possible consequences of your acts or omissions.

i. Cross insurance
Any liability that may arise between persons insured under this policy or to any former insured person in respect of any occurrence
during any period when such former insured person was an insured of a related policy.
j. Aircraft
Any liability for any claim in respect of any aviation liability.

k. Statutory or similar legislation
The due observance and fulfilment of all provisions in this policy that require anything to be done or complied with by you is precedent
to any liability for us in respect of any event for which the you make a claim under this policy.
l. Watercraft liability
Any liability for any claim in respect of the driving, steering, navigation or ownership or control of a watercraft.

m. Dishonesty
Any liability arising out of any dishonest, fraudulent or malicious act by you or any acts of physical assault or seduction committed by you.
n. Punitive measures
Any liability for payment of any fine, penalty, multiple, punitive or exemplary damages or arising out of liquidated damages clauses, penalty
clauses or performance warranties except to the extent that it can be proved that liability would have attached in the absence of such
clauses or warranties.

o. Debt
Any liability for any debt or failure to pay maintenance or alimony or any amounts following a breach of promise.
p. Sale of property
Any liability arising out of the purchase, sale, barter or exchange of any property (movable or immovable) or your failure to comply with
any obligations in relation thereto.

q. Domestic personnel
Any liability for any claim made against you by any person who is in your domestic employ.
r. HIV
Any liability arising out of any condition directly or indirectly caused by or associated with Human Immunodeficiency
Virus (HIV) or the mutants, derivatives or variations thereof or in any way related to Acquired Immune
Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or any syndrome or condition of a similar kind howsoever it shall be named.
