These lifestyle tips will help you live your best life!



            First, it's important to drink enough high-quality water for your body weight - about half an
            ounce per pound or more. And don't forget to listen to your body!

            Keeping a healthy daily workout routine is also key. Find something that you enjoy and that
            challenges you, but don't feel like you must push yourself to the limit to stay healthy. Make
            sure to include strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises in your routine.

                Now,  here's  a  secret:  you  can  improve  your  workout  results  with  mindfulness  and  by
                deliberately moving your body with your mind and spirit. Every time you work out, use your
                mind consciously to find ways to improve your results. Personally, I love fast-paced dancing,
                like  Latin  dance,  to  improve  my  brain  function.  And  I  also  love  workouts  that  are
                therapeutic and can help reverse injuries.

            You  can't  create  a  different  result  with  the  same  thinking  or  same  internal  programming.
            Notice whose belief systems are running your life? Are they your parents’, your culture, your
            friends or your environment (media, Churches..)? Consciously choose to delete beliefs that no
            longer  support  your  dream.  Upgrade  a  new  belief  that  empowers  and  supports  your
            transformation.

            Ask yourself: how can I change my thoughts, feelings, and actions to support the new creation?
            Embrace the discomfort and grow out of your old self.

            Finally, have accountability partners, mentors, systems, and disciplines in place to consistently
            keep you on track when you lack motivation. You've got this!
