Easy Hummus Dressin
INGREDIENTS
Makes 6 servings
• 1 cup (205g) cooked chickpeas
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 1-2 pitted medjool dates 100 calories per serving
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 cloves of fresh garlic Macros per serving
• ½ lemon, juiced 4g rotein 14g arbs 3g at
• ¾ cup (175ml) water
• salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth.
