Dressings




























        Creamy T at iki Sauce









        INGREDIENTS
        • ½ cup (131g) unsweetened plain vegan yogurt                             Makes 4 servings
        • juice of ½ a lemon                                                      65 calories per serving (calorie
        • 1 garlic clove                                                          & macro amounts will change depending
        • ¼ cup (32.5g) of cashews, soaked for 10-20                              on the brand of yogurt you use)
        minutes in warm water                                                     Macros per serving
        • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped                                              2g  rotein 5g  arbs 4g  at
        • ¼ of a cucumber, peeled & grated
        • 1-2 pinches of salt




        METHOD
        1. Blend the yogurt, lemon juice, cashews, and salt together in a blender until smooth.
        2. Pour dressing into a small bowl and stir in fresh chopped dill and grated cucumber.
        3. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
