         Easy Refried Beans









        INGREDIENTS

        •   can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed                                Makes 1-2  servings
        •   cup chopped yellow onion
        •   cup (  ml) salsa                                                      331 calories per entire recipe
        •   clove of garlic, minced
        •   cup water                                                             Macros:
        • salt and pepper to taste                                                19g Protein 61g Carbs 2g Fat


        Optional additions:
        •   tsp cumin and or
        •   tsp smoked paprika



        METHOD

         . Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender.
         . Pour bean mi ture into a preheated non-stick frying pan, and heat through on medium heat for
        appro .   -   minutes, stirring often. Serve immediately or let cool and refrigerate.
