        INGREDIENTS

        •   tbsp almonds
        •   tbsp pumpkin seeds                                                    72  calories per serving
        •   tbsp whole fla  seeds
        •   cup (  g) nutritional yeast                                           Macros:
        •   tbsp raisins                                                          5g Protein 6g Carbs 3g Fat
        •   tsp salt
        •   tsp garlic powder
        •   tsp onion powder
        •   tsp smoked paprika




        METHOD
        Blend everything together in a blender until the te ture is quite fine.  se as a sprinkle on top of any
        savoury dish. It goes great sprinkled on top of pasta!
