        METHOD

         . Toast sesame seeds in a dry sauce pan on medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.


         . Saute chopped onion, ginger, garlic, red bell pepper, and black pepper in a frying pan on medium
        heat with toasted sesame oil until onions begin to soften. This will take appro .   minutes.


         . Add water, maple syrup, and braggs to the saute and stir well. Allow it to come to a boil.


         . Once the sauce has come to a boil, mi  together cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl. Add to
        the mi ture. This helps the sauce thicken. Stir well.


         . Once the sauce has thickened up, remove from heat and add rice wine vinegar. Stir well and set
        the sauce aside.


         . Trim the ends of the green beans and steam saute the beans on medium-high heat in a large
        saucepan. Once the beans are cooked through, add the sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.


         . Place beans and sauce on a large serving dish and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.
