Cookie Dough Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS
Makes 10 energy balls
• 1 cup (81g) rolled oats
• large med ool dates (or ust under cup ( g)
of dates) 138 calories per energy ball
• cup ( ml) non dairy milk
• cup ( . g) peanut butter Macros per energy ball:
• 1 full scoop of protein powder (I love using a 5g rotein 18g Carbs 6g Fat
vanilla flavour one!)
• cup ( g) chocolate chips
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
METHOD
1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients together except for the chocolate chips. Once a ball of
dough starts to form, remove the dough and put it into a bowl.
2. Add the chocolate chips to the dough and incorporate them well. Form the dough into balls and
enjoy! These energy balls keep well in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or they can be frozen.
