       Oatmeal Raisin Energy Balls









        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 10 energy balls
        •   cup (  g) rolled oats, ground into flour
        •   cup (  . g) raisins (or sub for other dried fruit
        like cranberries)                                                         93 calories per energy ball
        • ½ tsp salt
        • 1 tsp cinnamon                                                          Macros per energy ball:
        •   cup (  . g) peanut butter                                             3g  rotein 13g Carbs 3g Fat
        • 2 tbsp maple syrup




        METHOD
         . Blend rolled oats into a fine flour.
        2. In a medium sized mixing bowl add raisins, salt, cinnamon, peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix
        well.
         . Add oat flour to the mi ture and mi  until it forms a dough (you may need to use your hands!).
         . Form dough into balls. These energy balls keep well in the refrigerator for  -  days or they can be
        frozen.
