       Easy Apple Crumble









        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 6 servings
        • 5 apples, peeled and chopped
        •  juice of ½ a lemon                                                     191 calories per serving (without
        • 5 pitted medjool dates                                                  the addition of vegan butter in the topping)
        • 1 tbsp cinnamon
        •   cup (  ml) water                                                      Macros per serving :
        Topping (mix all ingredients together in a medium                         3g  rotein 46g Carbs 1g Fat
        sized mixing bowl):
        • 1 cup (81g) rolled oats
        • 2 tbsp maple syrup
        • pinch of salt
        • 1 tbsp melted vegan butter (optional)



        METHOD
        Preheat oven to     F
        1. Peel and chop apples, put in a medium sized mixing bowl, pour lemon juice over them and mix well.
        2. Place chopped apples in a medium heat pan and sauté until apples are soft.
         . Add pitted dates, cinnamon, and water to a high speed blender and blend well.
         . Add date mi ture to the apples after they are done saut ing and mi  well.Transfer the apples to a
           circular baking dish and cover with oat topping.
         . Bake for   -   mins or until the crumble on top is golden brown. Serve with vegan ice cream,
        coconut whip cream, or vegan yogurt!
