       Brownie Bites









        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 10 energy balls
        •   cup (   g) of pitted med ool dates
        • 1 cup (100g) walnuts
        •   tbsp cocoa powder                                                     160 calories per energy ball
        • ¼ tsp salt
        • 2 tbsp plant based milk                                                 Macros per ball:
        • 1 tsp vanilla                                                           3g  rotein 22g Carbs 9g Fat
        •   cup (  g) chocolate chips


        Optional: cocoa powder or shredded coconut to
        roll the balls in.



        METHOD

         . Blend all dry ingredients together in a food processor until well blended
        2. Add plant based milk and blend again, until a dough ball forms (may need more
        milk).
         . Remove dough from the food processor and form into balls or bars. Roll in cocoa powder or
        shredded coconut. These energy balls keep well in the refrigerator for  -  days or they can be frozen.
