        Salted Peanut Butter & Tahini Cookies

        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 10 cookies
        •   cup (  . g) natural peanut butter
        •   cup (  g) tahini
        • 2 tbsp raisins (or other dried fruit like                               136 calories per cookie

        •   cup (  g) rolled oats ground into flour                                Macros per cookie:
        • ½ ripe banana, mashed                                                   3.6g  rotein 16g Carbs 7g Fat
        • ¼ - ½ tsp salt
        • ¾ tsp baking soda
        •   cup (  ml) maple syrup




        METHOD
         . Preheat oven to     F and line baking sheet
        2. Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl.
         . Place spoon size dough mi ture on a baking sheet a few inches apart because the cookies will
        spread.
         . Bake for    minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before en oying.
