        Szechuan Beans



        The szechuan sauce in this recipe is so good you will want to put on everything!  tir-fry’s, nourish
        bowls, rice,  uinoa or  ust about anything that needs some flavour. My favourite is to add it to
        some sauteed green beans and tofu! You can use the cornstarch and cold water trick to thicken
        other cooked sauces too.







        INGREDIENTS                                                               Makes 2 large servings or

        •   tsp toasted sesame oil                                                4 small servings
        •   of a yellow onion, chopped                                            162 calories per serving
        • thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, chopped                              (based on two large servings)
        •   large garlic cloves, chopped
        •   tbsp sesame seeds                                                     Macros per serving:
        •   of a red bell pepper, chopped                                         5g Protein  26g Carbs 5g Fat
        •   tsp black pepper
        •   cup (   ml) water
        •   tsp maple syrup
        •   tsp braggs
        •   tbsp cornstarch
        •   tbsp cold water
        •   tsp rice wine vinegar
        • half a pound of fresh green beans
