       Sweet & Salty Sesame Tofu



       This is a delicious recipe and I make sure to double it because Crystal will eat it all if I don’t!







        INGREDIENTS
        •   block (   g) firm Tofu                                                 Makes 1 large or 2 smaller
        •   tbsp braggs liquid aminos (sub soy sauce or                           servings
        tamari if needed)                                                         360  calories for entire recipe
        •   tsp hot sauce
        •   tsp rice vinegar                                                      Macros:
        •   tsp toasted sesame oil                                                22g Protein 25g Carbs 18g Fat
        •   tsp garlic powder
        •   tsp onion powder
        •   tbsp sweet chilli sauce
        •   tbsp sesame seeds

        METHOD
        Preheat oven to     F
         . Cube tofu and place in a large dish in one level (this is important for the marinade technique)
         . Mi  all the ingredients in a bowl e cept the maple syrup sweet chili sauce and sesame seeds.
         . Pour ingredients into the dish with the tofu and place another dish on top of the tofu. Gently squish
        it down. Do this a few times until you can see the tofu taking in the marinade.
         . Remove tofu and bake on a non-stick baking tray for   -   minutes or until its getting firm and crispy.
         . Remove the tofu from the oven and carefully place in a dish with the leftover marinade. Mi  in the
        maple syrup or sweet chili sauce and sesame seeds. Mi  until the tofu is coated.
         . Place the tofu back into the oven for another    minutes or so until the edges start to brown.
