        • 4 tbsp mustard seeds (yellow or brown mustard
        seeds both work great!)
        • ½ cup (125ml) water 23 calories per serving
        • ¼ cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
        • pinch of salt Macros per serving
        • - tsp cumin 1g rotein 1g arbs 1g at

        METHOD
        1. Blend or grind mustard seeds until they are all broken up. Add water and let sit for 1-10 minutes
depending on the level of heat desired. The more you let it sit, the hotter it will be!
. When the level of desired heat is achieved add apple cider vinegar and salt and mi everything
together. Put into an airtight container. I like using a medium sized mason jar.
. Place in the fridge and en oy! I find it tastes best the ne t day but you can use it as soon as you make
        it.

Homemade mustard can be stored for a few weeks in a sealed container in the fridge.

Options To make honey mustard, mi in or tbsp of maple syrup or blend your homemade mustard with or dates. ou can
also make fancy herbed mustard by adding your favourite herbs and spices!
