        INGREDIENTS

        •   cups steamed cauliflower (appro    large
        cauliflower)
        • ½ red bell pepper, chopped                                              69 calories per serving
        • 2 garlic cloves
        • juice of a ¼ lemon                                                      Macros per serving
        • 1-2 tbsp onion powder                                                   5g  rotein 8g  arbs 2g  at
        • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
        • 2 tsp almond butter
        • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
        • 1 tsp of salt
        • 1 tsp of paprika
        • 2 tsp water
        •   tsp chili powder
        • ½ tsp of cumin


        METHOD

         . Steam cauliflower until soft.
         . Put all ingredients including cooked cauliflower into a high powered blender.
        3. Blend until smooth and serve.


        If stored in an airtight container, it will last in the fridge for up to 3 days.
