INGREDIENTS

• 2 heaping tbsp unsweetened plain vegan
yogurt 46 calories in the entire
• 3 tsp mustard recipe
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder Macros per serving
• ½ tsp dried dill 2g rotein 7g arbs 1g at
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp fresh parsley
• 2 tbsp water (add more if needed for thinner
consistency)
