Dressings




























       BB  Sauce









        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 6 servings
        • 6 tbsp tomato paste
        • ½ cup (125ml) apple cider vinegar
        • 4 pitted medjool dates (soaked)                                         75 calories per serving
        • 1 tbsp mustard
        • 2 tsp garlic powder                                                     Macros per serving
        • 1 ½ tsp onion powder                                                    9g  rotein 17g  arbs 1g  at
        • ½ drops of liquid smoke
        • 1 tsp smoked paprika
        • 1 tsp black pepper
        • 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
        • ½ tsp cumin
        • ½ teaspoon of salt
        •   cup (  ml) water



        METHOD
        Blend everything together in a blender and enjoy.


        Note: You can also simmer all ingredients on low heat for 15 minutes before blending. If you choose to do this, add another 1/4
        cup of water for cooking. Stir frequently so it doesn't burn! Make sure to let BBQ sauce cool before refrigerating.
        This BB  sauce is best the ne t day and can be kept for up to   days in the fridge since mustard, vinegar, and salt are all natural
        preservatives. If you want a smokier sauce, add more liquid smoke. If you want a sweeter flavour, add   more soaked dates.
