       Caesar Dressing









        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 6 servings
        • ½ cup (64.5g) cashews, soaked in warm water
        for 20 minutes
        • 2 tbsp tahini                                                           119 calories per serving
        • 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
        • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast                                                Macros per serving
        •   tbsp ground fla                                                        4g  rotein 9g  arbs 7g  at
        • 2 garlic cloves
        • 1 pitted medjool date
        • ¼ cup (60 ml) water to start. Add more as
        needed.
        • Salt & pepper to taste




        METHOD
        Drain cashews and add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and serve!
