Dressings




























       Carrot Gin er Turmeric Dressin









        INGREDIENTS
                                                                                  Makes 6 servings
        •   cups (   . g) chopped carrots (appro .
        small carrots)
        • 1 thumb sized chunk of ginger, remove the                               66 calories per serving

        •   pinky finger sized chunk of fresh turmeric                             Macros per serving

        • 2 tbsp tamari
        • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
        •   cup (  . g) chopped onion
        • 2 garlic cloves
        • 6 tbsp rice vinegar
        •   of an avocado
        • 1 cup (250ml) water





        METHOD

        Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth.


        If your blender has trouble blending this, try chopping carrot and ginger up quite small.
