For some of you reading this, these questions hit

home in a painfully disturbing way. For others, you

may not even be able to fathom what it is like to

experience some of these worries, and the only time

you’ve not been able to “afford” school lunch is

when you forgot to get cash back at the grocery store-

so you get fast food instead, or pack something from

home. When parents cannot afford school lunch,

this is because they also do not have the resources to

provide food from home either (even while working

multiple jobs).

How can one get on through life, not worrying,

when there are “things” that we need for the proper

growth and development of ourselves and our

dreams? Well, it all points back to God. God is my

source, and my focus is not about accumulating

things. I recently told my family that I can lose the

truck and house and feel entirely okay. On the other

hand, I could be a billionaire with passive income

and live in the same house I am currently living in.
