manufacturer makes, the company places its name
on it, right? Your shoe has a name on it. Your watch
has a name on it. Your car has a name on it. The
Mercedes Benz has a symbol that represents them,
right?
That symbol or name is called an image. The last
thing a manufacturer puts on the finished product is
its stamp of approval or image. No product leaves a
manufacturing plant until tested and approved.
Again, no product leaves a manufacturing plant until
testing for approval happens.
When the manufacturer puts their image on it,
that is a sign that they have finished the product. For
every new product, there is a book called the
manual. There are two essential sections in that
manual for the consumer. Those sections are the
‘warranty’ section and the ‘guarantees’ section.
Warranty means: “We put our entire company
behind this product. If certain things go wrong, the
blame is on us and, we will repair it at our expense.”
