As she floated down into the backyard, there were

Mirabel, Abby, and Jamun jumping on the trampoline.

They all waved and shouted "The balloon! Twinkle!"

Twinkle was so glad to come down out of the cold and

get her wet clothes off. Mirabel and her Mum sent

Twinkle straight into a hot bath. Mirabel's Dad gave all

three girls hot carrot soup and a big fat sandwich. Jamun

had catfood and didn't mind too much. Twinkle slept in

Mirabel's room instead of in the tent.

The girls giggled for a good long time until they fell

asleep. But Mirabel's mum had been looking at the

weather forecast, and thought that they should take a

look at the skies.
