The overall students' evaluation of quality of learning experience at the course level is good
(4.44), which is exceed the target benchmark as indicated by KPI-P-03 (Annex S2-2-2-4 Report of
KPIs 1444H, page No. 14) as shown in Table S2.2.2.2. This KPI-P-03 measures the students overall
rating on the quality of their courses taught in MENG program. The rating for the academic year
2022-2023 is found to be 4.44 (out of 5). The previous ratings for the academic year 2021-2022
and academic year 2020-2021 are 4.4 and 4.3, respectively. The current rating (4.44) is greater
than the target benchmark (3.6). Unfortunately, lack of information is found related to the
external benchmark.

The articulated PLOs and the CLOs matrix together serve as the foundation of a coherent
program. It is an extensive process to set consistency of PLOs with CLOs, which is an important
step in determining the content, avoiding redundancy and assessing the LOs. Curriculum matrix or
mapping went through different phases, as PLOs were updated/reformed as previously
