From an implementation level perspective: The course coordinator is appointed from among the
department staff to help the course coordinator in monitoring the implementation of the study
plan as planned. The course is delivered to all departments, as the scientific material taught is
unified for all departments and that was prepared by the course coordinator.
From an assessment perspective: The course exams are conducted at the same time in all
sections. Samples of course files are attached. These files include a unified form of the final and
mid-term exams and samples of the answer sheets for students to ensure that students are
subjected to a unified exam (Annex S2-2-7-4 Sample of course File).
From an evaluation level perspective: The course committee prepares a course report (CR) for
each section highlighting the discrepancies that have been found between the different sections.
Moreover, they set a recommendation for improvement to be implemented in the next year
(Annex S2-2-7-5 Sample of Course Report).
