TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) cover the purchase and redemption process of the
Lifestyle plan. By purchasing or participating in a tour or services with DXN Marketing Sdn.
Bhd. (“DXN” or “the Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agreed to be bound by these T&Cs as stated below.

1. PURCHASE OF LIFESTYLE PLAN, CANCELLATION, AND CHANGES BY
MEMBERS

a. The Lifestyle Plan purchased is valid until the expiry date specified on the
purchase voucher.

b. DXN implements a Cancellation Policy to ensure maximum satisfaction for its
members. This Policy allows you to cancel the unused DXN Lifestyle Plan within
one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of purchase. This Cancellation
Policy should be read together with the Cooling Off period as further detailed in
Malaysia Distributorship Rules & Regulations.

c. This Cancellation Policy is subject to the following conditions: -
i. It is applicable and valid for the unused Plan only. The unused Plan means
members who have not made any redemption on the Plan;
ii. It is not applicable for members who have made any redemption on the
Plan (partial or otherwise); and
iii. The products purchased under the Plan must be in their original condition
and of merchantable quality. DXN reserves the right to reject and return
products that do not meet such specifications or conditions.

d. Members who wish to cancel the purchased Plan must fill out the Distributor Buy
Back Form, which can be obtained in any of DXN’s branches. This form must be
supported by relevant cash bills/invoices (only the original copy is considered
valid).

e. DXN will deduct eighty-five percent (85%) of the Sales Value for the cancelled
Plan, which comprises (i) eighty percent (80%) for the bonus paid, and (ii) five
percent (5%) for the handling fee.

f. DXN will send the refund via any method determined by DXN after deducting
the bonus paid, handling fee, and any other outstanding balance due.

2. REDEMPTION
a. Submission of redemption requests does not guarantee nor imply confirmation
of the redemption. Your redemption is confirmed once DXN issues an email
confirmation. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect
information to DXN immediately.

b. DXN reserves the right to refuse any redemption made by members without the
need to specify any reason for such refusal.
