c.    Redemption requests shall be submitted at least 30 days before your arrival date.
                        For clarity, the arrival date refers to the commencement date of the tour/ services
                        under the purchased Plan.

                  d.    All special requests, such as dietary requirements (if any) must be communicated
                        to  the  Company’s  representative,  and  the  Company  may,  at  its  absolute
                        discretion, accommodate such special requests.

                  e.    The selection of date for the redemption of the purchased Lifestyle Plan can be
                        made in the system and is subject to availability upon confirmation from the
                        Company.

            3.    PRICE, SURCHARGES, AND TAX
                  a.    The  default  currency  for  the  purchase  of  the  Plan  is  Malaysian  Ringgit,  and
                        payment through the system will be processed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit.

                  b.    The Lifestyle Plan purchased is subject to the possibility of surcharges in certain
                        circumstances. Any surcharges will be borne by you and will be notified by the
                        Company via the issuance of a revised invoice sent to you.

            4.    CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
                  a.    DXN reserves its right to modify the confirmed redemption when reasonably
                        required, as DXN deems fit, or due to health or safety concerns, or in case of Force
                        Majeure. Force Majeure (Acts of God) which include but are not limited to war,
                        threat of war, riot, civil strike,  industrial dispute,  terrorist activity, natural or
                        man-made disaster, disruption to electricity and/or water supply, fire, technical
                        problems with transportation, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other
                        industrial action, adverse weather conditions, government order, restriction, or
                        any other event beyond the Company’s control.

                  b.    Notwithstanding  the  reason  specified  in  item  (a)  above,  the  Company  also
                        reserves its right to make any major changes to confirmed redemption as it deems
                        necessary.

                  c.    In the event of major changes to the tour and/or services due to any reason as
                        specified in 4 (a) and (b), you may choose from the following options: -
                        i.   To accept the change of arrangements as suggested by the Company; or
                        ii.   To cancel the redeemed Plan and re-submit a new submission request for
                             redemption.

                d.  No compensation will be payable to you for changes to the Plan, which may include
                    but are not limited to the following: -
                        i.   Changes to the itinerary of the tour; or
                        ii.   Changes of restaurants and accommodations to a comparable standard.

                        The Company also has the right to refuse any person as a participant of the tour
                        at any point of time, if in its opinion that person could endanger the health, safety,
                        and enjoyment of others on the tour.
