b. Each participating member must have a valid passport, visa, and all necessary
travel documentation for the countries visited. The Company shall not be held
liable in any way should there be any delay or expenses incurred due to
documents not being in order or being rejected by the relevant authorities for any
reason whatsoever.

c. Each participating member must follow the itinerary and transfers arranged by
the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any additional travel
costs arising due to the member’s actions or faults, resulting in missing the
arranged itinerary or transfers .

d. You undertake to behave in an orderly manner, refrain from disrupting the
enjoyment of the tour, and avoid any actions that may affect the reputation of the
Company. The Company shall have the final say on whether a member has
violated this provision. Such violations shall lead to the immediate termination
of the tour and/or services, and the Company will have no further contractual
obligation to you or the rest of the tour members.

e. All property and personal belongings at your own risk at all times and in all
circumstances. The Company shall not be held responsible in any way,
howsoever, for any loss, damage, or delay to your property or belongings.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
a. You acknowledge that the tour and/or services offered by DXN may involve a
significant amount of risk to your health and safety. The degree and nature of
personal risk depend on the specific tour or services booked and the location(s)
in which the tour or service operates. Participating in physical activities,
traveling to remote locations, carriage by watercraft, or engaging in other high-
risk activities may involve a significant degree of personal risk.

b. You acknowledge that you have considered the potential risks, dangers, and
challenges, as well as your own personal capabilities and needs., You expressly
assume the risks associated with the tour and/or services under such conditions.

c. You must strictly comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations at
all times. In the event you fail to comply with said laws or commit any illegal act
while on tour, or if, in the opinion of the Company, your behaviour is causing or
is likely to cause danger, distress, or material annoyance to others, DXN may
terminate your travel arrangements on any tour or services immediately at your
expense and without any liability to DXN. You will not be entitled to any refund
for unused or missed tours and/or services or costs incurred as a result of the
termination of your travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return
travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals.

d. You are responsible for any costs, including repair, replacement, and cleaning
fees, incurred by DXN or our third-party suppliers for property damage,
destruction, or theft caused by you while on a tour. You agree to immediately
