e.  In the occurrence of any of the events mentioned above, the Company’s sole liability
                    and your sole remedy will be limited to cancellation of the redeemed Plan, and you
                    may re-submit a new submission request for redemption.

            5.    CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY YOU
                  a.    You may cancel the confirmed redemption at any time by notifying the Company
                        in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
                        i.   More than 30 days from the arrival date - 30% of the value of the cancelled
                             Plan;
                        ii.   15 – 30 days from the arrival date - 50% of the value of the cancelled Plan;
                        iii.  8 – 14 days from the arrival date - 80% of the value of the cancelled Plan;
                        iv.  1 – 7 days from the arrival date - 100% of the value of the cancelled Plan.

                  b.    After the redemption is confirmed, you are permitted one time free amendment,
                        though you will be liable for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the
                        tour, transfer charges, hotels, etc. Any further amendments initiated by you will
                        incur administration charges chargeable by DXN.

            6.    UNUSED TOUR AND/OR SERVICES
                  No reimbursements, discounts, or refunds will be issued for tours and/or services that
                  are missed or unused after tour departure which is due to no fault of DXN, including
                  the removal of you from a tour because of your negligence or breach of the T&C.

            7.    THE COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITIES
                  a.    The Company does not own or manage parts of the tour and services, such as the
                        aircraft, flight arrangements, accommodations at certain destinations, restaurants,
                        and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours and services provided.
                        While the Company  exercises care in selecting providers of tour, services, travel,
                        accommodations,  restaurants,  and  other  facilities,  the  Company  does  not
                        represent those facilities and services.

                  b.    The Company will not be held responsible or liable in anyway, howsoever, in the
                        event a participating member suffers an accident, illness, injury, or death through
                        misadventure arising out of any activity, including but not limited to tours or
                        services arranged by the Company and any other activity that does not form part
                        of the tour or services the Company has arranged for the member. The Company
                        will offer general assistance where appropriate.

                  c.    The Company will not issue any refunds for unused tickets, including sporting
                        events or other types of tickets.

            8.    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
                  a.    You  are  responsible  for  arranging  your  own  travel  insurance.  All  tour
                        participants are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for the
                        full duration of your tour to cover against personal accidents, loss of baggage,
                        flight  delays  and/or  cancellation,  unexpected  alterations  to  tour/travel
                        arrangements, Force Majeure, strikes, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, etc.
