10.4 Methodology and IBS group
After explaining the basics of the methodology to IBS
management, after a few months they asked me to
implement it throughout the group.
I personally trained several managers from different Group
companies in Europe. I then appointed a brilliant
consultant from my team to write the IBS Group's

methodological manual. He worked under my supervision
for 18 months with a manager from the IBS Sweden R&D
team.
10.5 IBIS group strategy
CASE line was unique in that it was not an IBM agent, as
were all the other companies in the group. As a result, CASE
line did not sell the group's "Packages" (Accounting,
Distribution, Production, etc.).
After 5 years, IBS spent more than 12 months carrying
out a strategic review and analysis exercise to decide
