There is such a thing as justice!

Pleadings took place in January 2014 and IT Spin Off, by
court injunction of February 19, 2014, was ordered to
continue executing the contract until judgment on the
merits was made. This injunction has been extended several
times.
In a relatively short space of time, we won another 2-year
project for the Rossel group. This was followed by a project
for the Rosier group, for whom we have reviewed virtually
all their applications following the takeover by the Borealis
group.
In each project, the shortcomings were repetitive, and
despite some direct interventions by customers, nothing
changed.

16.4 The liberation – there is such a thing as justice
In the course of proceedings during which IT Spin Off used
every subterfuge imaginable to achieve its objectives, justice
ruled in my favour every time. The truth of the law met the
truth of the facts.
At the end of these events, my conclusion is quite simple.
Except for the agricultural world, the days of the horse
trader are certainly over in the business world: the
handshake sealed the contract, there was no need for the
written word.
It's a sad fact that, despite being explicitly written into
contracts, certain clauses are nevertheless flouted. Some
people will stop at nothing to get their way. Every specious,
even fallacious, argument is used. Lawyers are protected by
