2002 was absolutely unnecessary, and that the maneuver
had been made just to rob me of HI-System.

Despite these excellent results, the problems began in 2004,
as HI-System's new owner quickly realized that he had

just signed an exclusive worldwide distribution contract for
a potentially highly profitable business.
In concrete terms, in parallel with the commercial and
technical activities, I had to devote a great deal of time and
energy to managing IT Spin Off's wilful and repetitive
breaches of contract.

We had a first dispute in 2004, legal proceedings in 2008
and a second in 2013.

16.2 A calm and prosperous period
ALG used HI-Account for several small companies on the

periphery of its core business. This activity consisted, on the
one hand, in the management of the distribution network
and, on the other, in the distribution of gas itself (Energy).
The CFO was familiar with HI-Account's various
functionalities, and in particular with the fact that it
integrated a budget accounting module.
In April 2006, I was asked by the CFO about the
possibility of copying their general accounts into the general
accounts section of HI-Account. A little surprised, I asked
what the intriguing reason was for this duplication. The
