For 6 years, a team of consultants was seconded to ALG.
This was a unique period, as it was both economically
successful and a very stable relationship between
Management & Services and IT Spin Off', the owner of
HI-System.

16.3 An induced, deliberate and organized decline
After the wonderful ALG period, from September 2012
onwards, revenues decreased for both companies. IT Spin
Off, very impatient, immediately resumed its procedures of
non-compliance with contractual obligations and stepped
up the pressure to make my business as unprofitable as
possible. They wanted bleed me to death.
The obvious undeclared goal was to regain worldwide

exclusivity to develop its own market, in particular with its
LISAM product, which it sold worldwide via another of its

companies, but without having to pay commissions to
Management & Services.
On December 27, 2012, IT Spin Off unilaterally
terminated the exclusivity clause. On November 27, 2013,
the entire exclusive distributor contract was terminated, but
without agreeing to pay the indemnities stipulated in the
contract. I was stuck. I couldn't place new orders, I had no
technical support.
To safeguard my interests and be able to continue
working, my lawyers and I had to launch summary
proceedings as a matter of urgency on December 24, 2013.

complementary to HI-System.
