Angels”. So what? He explains that in the United States,
ever since the Harley-Davidson world sided with the
family, there’s a group of die-hards, the real deal. They
identify with the 1% symbol. Generally, they've already
been to prison, are often involved in messy situations and
never shy away from a fight. Conversely, if you leave them
alone, they'll stay quiet. The message got through, very
well!
In the United States, some fifteen biker gangs such as the
Hells Angels, the Bandidos, the Cossaks... are monitored
by the FBI.

17.6 Harley-Davidson trips - Europe
As soon as I bought my 1 Harley-Davidson in 1998, it
st
became my preferred means of travel for holidays. From
1998 to 2013, virtually every time I went to San Giovanni
Lipioni, I went by motorcycle.
For my holidays, I chose a different itinerary each year,
especially in Italy, to get to know my country better. I took

the opportunity to visit :
• The Isle of Elba by boat from Piombino.
• Scansano to taste the 'Morellino' wine, which I love.
• Lipari in the Aeolian Islands a 14-hour boat crossing from
Naples.
• Lake Trasimeno and Lake Bolsena.
I’ve also planned other trips.
