The department’s objective is not only to impart knowledge but also to cultivate
character and values, preparing students for real-world challenges.
The department believes in the motto:
“Train the Future Today for a Better Tomorrow.”
Armed with the right tools and know-how, talents and expertise, the department
consists of a team of two teachers, teaching 103 students from Year 9 to Year
13.

The subjects offered by this department are:
❖ Basic Technology – Years 9 to 10
❖ Technical Drawing – Years 11 to 13
❖ Applied Technology – Years 11 to 13
With the assistance of teamwork and commitment, the department has
progressed and achieved exceptional academic results in Year 12 and Year 13
external examinations.
The department has provided students with rich learning experiences through
activity-based practical sessions that foster creativity, skills development, and
hands-on application.
DEPARTMENT ACTIVITIES
TVET WEEK
TVET not only holds the master key but it is also referred to as the engine
room for economical and sustainable developments for our nation. The main
purpose of the TVET section is to empower students to become job creators
rather than job seekers.
Students engaged in hands-on learning by constructing models of architectural
structures and residential houses, along with replicas such as Ferris wheels, pen
holders, cup holders, tea racks, toolboxes, shoe racks, and coffee tables.
The Industrial Arts department displays student-made wooden projects during
TVET Week.
