It is with immense pleasure and a sense of shared purpose
that I write this report highlighting the achievements and

contributions of Nilsen College. As we reflect on this academic
year, I am inspired by the dedication and enthusiasm that

has permeated our school community.

At Nilsen College, our collective goal has not been to attain academic achievement only

but also to nurture well-rounded individuals with strong moral values and a deep
understanding of their role in society. This commitment to holistic development of

students will nurture skills and virtues enabling them to overcome challenges facing the
21st century. We strive to go beyond academic achievement, integrating co-curricular
and sporting activities and life-skills learning supported by the curriculum to ensure a

comprehensive educational experience for our students.

I would like to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of everyone involved in our
educational journey. I extend my sincere gratitude to the Management Board for their

unwavering support. Our Head of School, Mr Raju provides admirable leadership making
wise and objective decisions that prepare every student for the future. The tireless efforts

of our teachers in teaching, motivating, coaching, counselling, supervising and assessing
student performance are truly commendable. The efficient service provided by our school
office staff ensures the smooth operation of our institution. I also appreciate the parents

for their crucial role and involvement in their children’s education. Most importantly, I
wish to thank our students who toil to become more mature and successful individuals.

As we look forward to the new year ahead, we hope to continue to nurture curiosity and
creativity within our students while instilling strong moral values that will guide them

throughout their lives.

I wish everyone a joyful holiday season filled with happiness. May the coming year bring
new challenges that inspire growth and learning for all.
