SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited; imagination
encircles the world” (Albert Einstein). Education plays an important role in enabling a

person to face a real-life situation with adequate knowledge. We, the hardworking

members of the science department have put in our unsurpassed efforts to provide
quality education to our students.

The department is comprised of three hard working teachers who work tirelessly

throughout the year. The department offers Basic Science, Chemistry and Biology. The

college principal and the vice principal have made this pillar very strong. The teachers in
the department have taken up the challenge to meet the target of the school.

The department is fully equipped with all the adequate resources and thus the

teaching-learning process has been enhanced. The teaching of science at Balata

College is very student oriented where the students get hand on experience by
conducting the practical's themselves and doing their own investigative learning. A

hearty thanks to all the students and all the best in their external exams from the

Science Department.
