ü Stars are too far away to touch. When you see stars in the sky, you
are only seeing their light. That light has travelled a long, long way to get
close enough for us to see it.
üIt would take way more than our lifetime to travel to the stars.
MOON
üDoes the moon change shape? No the moon does not change its shape. We
see only the sunny side of the moon. When we see the whole sunny side,
we call it a full moon.
üWe have never the far side the moon from earth. We always face the same
side.
SKY
üWhy is the sky blue?
The air in the sky has lots of dust and gases like oxygen and ozone.
Lights from the sun hits these tiny bits and scatters. During the day when
the sun is shinning bright, the blue light wave scatters best. It makes us
see the whole sky as blue.
