Harley's Fifty State Adventure Quest was accomplished one week
before Harley turned eleven years of age. However, it didn't put an
end to the family's expeditions. A spirit of adventure and wonder at
what might lie just past the horizon had become an integral part of the
family dynamics. And, in the future, trips would continue to carry
them far afield in every direction.
In Missouri in March of 2014, Harley met up with his friend,
Roman Solano, a great friend he had met through the STEP program.
Harley had decided to check out the computer science and
engineering department at George Washington University in St. Louis
while he and his parents were traveling through the area. Roman and
Harley always had ongoing conversations about their future plans.
They often attended NFB programs together and always were
committed to keeping in touch.

This time, their paths crossed at Rolla, Missouri where the ever-
curious teens thoroughly investigated the site of a half-size model of
Stonehenge, the ancient megalith southwest of London. The Missouri
