THE EXCEPTIONAL HARLEY FETTERMAN
Harley's national achievement was entirely expected by his
devoted home state fan base due to his noteworthy accumulation of
First Place wins in the Central Texas Regional Braille Challenges
seven of the eight years that he participated. Harley would go on to
win the Texas Regional Braille Challenge again in 2016.
Carolyn Mason, VI coordinator and regional Braille Challenge
director, had the privilege of placing all these regional First Place
ribbons on one of her favorite students, Harley.
