Family Solutions provides mental health services to youth, adults and
families through outpatient therapy, school counseling, therapeutic foster
care, and residential group homes. Services range from early intervention
to intensive residential treatment and seek to preserve individual and fam-
ily integrity with guidance and empowerment to identify and implement
solutions. As they work with individuals, they address trauma, build skills
that foster resiliency, and create opportunities for healing.
Their therapeutic day treatment schools, residential group homes for fos-
ter and at-risk youth, and therapeutic foster placements in the community
MANY MASTERPIECES (an ongoing need) set them apart. The Grants Pass residential program for
boys ages 7-12 is unique in serving children so young. In Medford, a group
ONE ROOF home serves girls ages 11-17. Family Solutions dreams of building their
capacity and filling in the age gaps for youth.
Their Therapeutic Foster Care Program offers individualized treatment
for children and youth (ages 5-17) with severe emotional and behavioral
issues. The kids and foster parents are carefully matched, allowing a home
environment in a community setting with many services available—indi-
vidual/group/family therapy, skills training, mentoring, and more.
