“I stay busy,” says Dina Talaski, Office Manager at Summit Family Dental
Care. Considering what she does in a day, that’s an understatement. As a
manager, she’s hands-on with basically everything that’s medical, other
than the front desk, which handles scheduling. She makes sure job posi-
tions are properly filled and being adequately performed. Her duties
include employee insurance, payroll, insurance dealing with certain
dental codes and difficult issues, helping patients with payment plans,
accounts payable/receivable, updating dental software, and answering
numerous questions. She delegates by showing, training and teaching.
Her efforts and calm demeanor ensure excellent results for the clinic.
