MEDITATION – The action or practice of meditation,
a discourse expressing considered thoughts on a subject.
RELIGION – The belief in and worship of a
super-human controlling power, especially a personal
God or gods, a particular system of faith and worship, a
pursuit or interest followed with great devotion.
SPIRIT - The non-physical part of a person which is the
seat of emotions and character, this regarded as
surviving after the death of the body, a supernatural
being.
SPIRITUAL - Relating to or affecting the human Spirit
as opposed to material or physical things.
There are many forms of meditation, associated
with the many different religions and cults and
pseudo-spiritual practices. Each of these will have their
own rules, how to sit, how to breathe, how to think, each
